A RURAL AREA
The Rural Area department, located 25 km off the industrial park, provides the strategic supply of pork meat to the production line. Balanced food for feeding porks is produced by controlling the grain in every stage, from sowing to harvest and storage, milling and mixing, which will later be the raw material for more complex and complete preparation of first quality cold meats, sausages and pressed meats. |

Farm Production:
The system used is direct drill or no-tillage to avoid damaging soil resources. Farm rotations, such as wheat, sorghum, soy and corn are cultivated in 1650 ha for farming. Then, these crops are used in the production of balanced food.
Balanced Food Factory:
In order to obtain an adequate animal growth, balanced food is produced under specific quality requirements.

High Performance Center for Pork Production:
A model pig farm which complies with the highest development and productivity levels. It has a permanent population of 50,000 pigs at different life stages, enabling the delivery of 110,000 pigs for slaughter a year, which represents 60% of the industrial requirements of the company.

Pig slaughter and cutting plat :
The supply of first quality pork is guaranteed by the Pork Production High Performance Center. Our slaughter plant has a processing capacity of 220.000 animal /year which undergoes strict sanitary controls. The slaughter and cutting process complies with ISO 9001:2000 Standard.

Cattle slaughter and cutting plant :
The company has a modern Cattle Plant of 7,000 m2 built area and a slaughter capacity of 100,000 heads a year. We made substantial investment in state of the art infrastructure and equipment.
The slaughter and cutting process complies with ISO 9001:2000 Standard and the export of meat cuts is authorized in compliance with the most demanding international sanitary standards.
