The production of Argentine beef is carried out under extensive management systems; animals graze in natural fields and high-quality pastures. Unlike the intensive fattening systems, animals in Argentina move freely, the beef obtained has low cholesterol and fat content.

We mainly slaughter British-origin breeds, such as Aberdeen Angus and Hereford, and crossings of both breeds.
The animals for slaughter are provided to us pursuant to supply agreements entered into by Paladini with the main Argentine breeders.
