Product quality has always been our company’s main concern. Today the quality concept comprises all the company processes whether productive or administrative.
Quality Management
The Quality Management System of Frigorífico Paladini S.A. is ISO 9001:2000 certified. We adopted this international standard as a guide to set our own quality system, which is DNV (Certification Body) certified in the slaughter, cutting and processing of cattle, slaughter and cutting of pork and production of sausages, frankfurters, mortadella and cold meats.

To satisfy our clients and consumers continually fulfilling their quality, health and service expectations by delivering nutritional, healthy and reliable food.
To keep the recognition as a leading company in the national market and expand it to other markets.
The management of the company is committed to lead the quality management system using all of its human and technological potential resources by improving the processes, constantly training the personnel, setting clear and measurable objectives and promoting relations of mutual benefit with suppliers and clients.
In order to achieve efficient quality management the decisions are based on the evaluation of results, on data analysis and on frequent communication among the different areas, acting in an ethical way with social responsibility towards the community and protecting the environment.

Other tools implemented in our plant:
GMP: Good Manufacturing Practices comprise the fulfillment of the basic requirements for reliable food manufacturing, applicable to employees, processes and facilities.
SSOP’s: Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures set the procedures for sanitary cleaning and control of all the areas of the facility.
HACCP: Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points applies controls along the production process to ensure the products sanitation and protect consumers’ health.
QUACP: Quality Assurance and Control Points set strict controls to be performed throughout a long process to guarantee the maximum quality of raw materials and finished products.
TPM: Total Production Maintenance is a method for preventive maintenance and early detection o faults in machinery and equipment by the productive personnel in order to schedule repairs and avoid stops during production.
5S: Order and Discipline is a policy of orderly, clean and organized work, known and applied by all the employees of the company.
